Everything you need to know about our services, pricing models, and how we work together – all in one place.

Find the Answers You Need

We’ve gathered the most common questions our clients ask, from how we work, to pricing, to the way we collaborate. If you don’t see your question here, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Recruitment | Client Side

The hiring timeline depends entirely on your needs and the pricing model you choose. For hourly or consultancy-based services, the timeframe will vary according to the scope of work we agree on. For pay per hire, seniority plays a big role. Sourcing highly experienced or “super senior” professionals generally takes longer than filling entry level or mid level roles.

Confidentiality is extremely important to us and will be safeguarded at all costs. We will never disclose your company’s identity to candidates until you choose to reveal it, which can be at any stage of the recruitment process you prefer.

Absolutely. We can adapt our shortlisting criteria to reflect your specific requirements, whether that is professional skills, seniority, cultural fit, or other considerations such as gender or age preferences, as long as they are aligned with applicable hiring regulations.

For pay per hire arrangements, we provide you with a shortlist of qualified candidates from which you select your final hire. If, within the first month, you decide the person is not the right fit, you can choose a replacement from the original shortlist we presented at no additional cost.

No. Interview coordination is included in our service. Once you have selected which shortlisted candidates you would like to meet, we will arrange all the interview times on your behalf.

Yes. We work with businesses and candidates across the globe. Regardless of where you are based, we can source talent from any city or region you require.

Recruitment | Candidate Side

The roles listed on our website are part of our talent pool and may not always be immediately open. When you apply, your profile is stored in our database. Once a client is looking for someone with your background, the recruitment process begins. Feedback timelines then depend largely on the client. In most cases, we expect you will receive feedback within two weeks, which could include an interview invitation or other next steps.

First, you apply to one of the talent pool positions listed on our website. If you are shortlisted, we will contact you directly. If the client wishes to interview you, we will arrange the meeting. After the first interview, you will be informed if you are moving forward to a second stage. At the conclusion of the process, we will let you know whether you will be starting a trial period with the client.

Timing depends on the client’s requirements. If you are shortlisted, we aim to inform you within one week from the moment your application is reviewed.

Go to the Candidate page on our website and find a role that matches your skills and interests. Apply using the Google Form provided for that position. At the end of the form, you will be prompted to upload your resume and, optionally, a portfolio or examples of your work.

No. ignitix does not charge candidates any fees for job placement or referrals to clients. Applying and being part of our talent pool is completely free of charge.

We take confidentiality very seriously. Your identity will not be shared with a client unless we contact you first and you agree to be considered for a specific role. If a client chooses not to reveal their identity until a certain stage in the recruitment process, we will let you know in advance.

The timeline depends on your sales cycle and the complexity of your offer. Many clients see early engagement within the first few weeks, but building a steady pipeline and securing deals typically takes a few months of consistent outreach.

We track key metrics such as number of contacts reached, response rates, booked meetings, and conversion rates. You will receive regular reports so you can clearly see the progress and ROI.

Inbound sales focuses on engaging leads who have already shown interest in your business through channels like your website, ads, events, or referrals. Our role is to respond quickly, qualify them, and guide them toward a purchase decision. In addition, we can develop a business plan that includes marketing strategies designed to increase the volume and quality of inbound leads over time.

We aim to respond to new leads within minutes or hours, as fast follow-up significantly increases the chance of conversion. Response times can be adjusted based on your operational preferences.

Yes. We can manage the entire inbound sales process, from initial contact and qualification to scheduling demos, answering objections, and even closing deals if required.

We can work with your existing CRM or recommend platforms for tracking and managing leads effectively, ensuring full visibility of every interaction.

Making Changes Along the Way

Yes. Minor changes can be accommodated within the agreed terms. However, if the requested changes significantly alter the original scope, we will discuss an updated plan and any additional costs before proceeding.

For all projects, pricing is confirmed after we agree on the service scope. If substantial changes are requested after work has begun, those changes will be billed on an hourly basis.

We can accommodate urgent changes, but timelines and costs may be adjusted to reflect the additional workload. We will always confirm these details with you before making any updates.

When possible, we are happy to adjust to earlier or later meetings to accommodate significant time zone differences, as long as this is arranged in advance.

We send meeting details and reminders via email, and can also provide calendar invitations to help you keep track of scheduled sessions.

Working Together

We establish clear communication channels from the start, set regular check-ins, and provide timely updates so you are always informed about progress.
